Description

  • Execute simplified acquisitions, task and delivery orders, modifications, options, deobligations, and contract closeouts in accordance with applicable regulations and agency policies.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs and combined synopsis/solicitations in FBMS, ensuring required terms, conditions, and clauses are included.
  • Prepare contract award documents, obtain legal concurrence, and distribute award packages to the appropriate parties.
  • Report contract actions in FPDS-NG directly or through FBMS.
  • Prepare post-award documentation such as contract modifications, option exercises, invoice packages, and COR designation letters.
  • Monitor contractor performance against deliverables, schedules, and milestones and help resolve performance issues.
  • Process contractor invoices and manage contract funding status.
  • Support contract closeout activities and maintain accurate tracker entries for all assigned actions.
  • Assist program offices with development of SOWs, SOOs, and PWSs, and support acquisition planning and pre-award documentation.
  • Conduct market research, support IGCE preparation, and assist with outreach, training, reporting, and program management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant federal acquisition experience.
  • Working knowledge of RFO/FAR; DIAR familiarity preferred.
  • FAC-C Level I or equivalent is desired.
  • Experience across multiple contract types, including simplified, T&M, FFP, and IDIQ.
  • Experience with FBMS, PRISM, and FPDS-NG is preferred.
  • Experience supporting K-12 or education-focused federal programs is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and the ability to apply them independently.
  • Proficiency with federal acquisition systems including FBMS, PRISM, SAM.gov, and FPDS-NG.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload of 150+ actions annually with accuracy and within established PALTs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to draft clear, compliant acquisition documents and correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and remain responsive to government clients.
  • Must sign and comply with an NDA and complete required IT security, FISSA/security awareness, and ethics training.
  • Ability to travel to Indian Affairs locations as needed, governed by Federal Travel Regulations.

Benefits

  • $80,000 to $90,000 annual salary.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Government-furnished equipment provided after background clearance, including laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and docking station.
  • Core weekday schedule with hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time, excluding federal holidays.
