Description

  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and company employees.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
  • Train technical staff at distributors and dealers to improve their product and technology knowledge.
  • Promote product solutions through technical consultation and support for key clients.
  • Conduct market research and compare Ajax products with competitors' offerings.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on product and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer needs together with the sales department.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, and security.
  • Excellent working knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV and access control systems.
  • Experience installing or designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systems.
  • Public speaking experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexible with business trips, trade shows, and similar travel requirements.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work independently.
