Description

  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and employees.
  • Present product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
  • Train technical staff at distributors and dealers on product and technology knowledge.
  • Provide technical consultation, promote product solutions, and support key clients.
  • Perform market research and compare competitor products and characteristics.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Test new product features, write technical documentation, and collaborate with the wider team.
  • Support the sales team by following up on leads in the portal.
  • Analyze customer needs together with the sales department.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineer role within alarm, video surveillance, fire detection, or home automation.
  • Experience delivering technical presentations, workshops, or public speaking at offline events.
  • Availability to travel for business.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work independently.
  • Experience installing or designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems is a plus.
  • Location in Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia.
