Description

  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and company employees.
  • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
  • Train technical staff at distributor and dealer organizations to improve product and technology knowledge.
  • Promote product solutions based on customer needs and provide technical consultation and support to key clients.
  • Perform market research and compare Ajax products with competitors' offerings.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key partners and support business growth.
  • Test product features, write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the team.
  • Support the sales team by following up on leads in the company portal.
  • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, or home automation fields.
  • Strong working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems.
  • Experience installing or designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
  • Public speaking experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and the South India region for business needs.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field is preferred.
