Description

  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations for business partners and stakeholders.
  • Establish partnerships with suitable fire alarm and life safety product distribution channels.
  • Conduct product and commercial education sessions with partners to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Promote Ajax Systems products in system specifications and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with branded product distribution partners to support business needs.
  • Contribute to market strategy development and execution for Ajax Systems products and solutions.
  • Support vertical market strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing events and exhibitions to showcase Ajax Systems offerings.
  • Provide market feedback to management to help improve current and future products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar industry.
  • Sales experience in Iraq.
  • Proven experience across the full sales process, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify customer needs, and develop solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current electronic security technologies and trends, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
  • Strong combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and communication skills.
  • Conversational English and Arabic.
