Description

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive B2B sales growth and strengthen partnerships in the assigned region.
  • Plan, manage, and execute targeted campaigns aligned with the Regional Business Plan and company strategy.
  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives with the Business Development Team, including promotions, trade shows, seminars, webinars, certification programs, case studies, presentations, trade marketing, media publications, and partner motivation programs.
  • Make strategic decisions on regional marketing activities to support sales objectives and business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and financial outcomes, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and ROI.
  • Develop, localize, and maintain marketing materials and tools for regional use.
  • Oversee implementation of marketing policies across the distribution network and ensure partners use Ajax HQ marketing assets effectively.
  • Act as a regional ambassador by sharing local market insights and partner feedback with the global marketing team.
  • Analyze partner performance and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing, product, and sales teams to strengthen brand presence and drive sustainable sales growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
  • Background in the security industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful product, service, or market launches.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and the full marketing mix.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering commercially impactful marketing projects.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and results-driven professional with an ambitious yet easy-going approach.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
