Description

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries across email, live chat, and social DMs with speed and accuracy.
  • Resolve order issues, shipping delays, returns, exchanges, and billing questions within SLA targets.
  • Proactively turn service interactions into retention opportunities and help reduce churn through strong support.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while owning the customer's outcome end-to-end.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share patterns with the operations team.
  • Keep the helpdesk system organized with proper tagging, notes, and follow-up.
  • Contribute to and maintain FAQ content, help articles, and support macros.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer support experience, ideally in an ecommerce or DTC environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage high-volume queues with attention to detail and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Comfort with helpdesk tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Experience with Shopify and basic CRM tools.
  • Understanding of ecommerce logistics, including shipping carriers, fulfillment workflows, and refund processes.
  • Experience with Gorgias or ReAmaze is a plus.
  • Shopify admin knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate Aircall is a plus.
