Description

  • Directly manage a team of Account Executives focused on Strategic Accounts and support the team in meeting company revenue goals.
  • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and coach a diverse team of Account Executives.
  • Support the execution and closing of large, strategic, and complex deals.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key accounts and serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Manage quarterly sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and implement sales structures and processes for a rapidly growing sales team.
  • Act as a liaison between the product and sales teams to identify and address customer technology gaps.
  • Help shape the long-term strategy for the Sales organization while managing day-to-day team operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales quota-carrying experience at a technology company, preferably in SaaS.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of organizational leadership and managing a high-performing team.
  • Proven success selling and closing large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience scaling teams within a software sales organization.
  • Strong leadership, priority management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for Airtable.

Benefits

  • On-target earnings of $320,000-$430,000 USD for San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York locations.
  • On-target earnings of $288,000-$400,000 USD for all other work locations, including remote.
  • Total compensation includes benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
  • Comprehensive benefit offerings available through Airtable’s Life at Airtable program.
