Description

  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to identify, qualify, and drive revenue opportunities at enterprise accounts for both net-new and expansion motions.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospect and customer technical teams.
  • Own the technical evaluation process and tailor demonstrations to each customer’s requirements, workflows, and business needs.
  • Translate Airtable’s value proposition into the customer’s language.
  • Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously while communicating proactively with stakeholders and prioritizing effectively.
  • Bring cross-functional experience to consult credibly across business functions such as marketing, project management, consulting, or operations.
  • Share customer and market insights with the product team to inform the product roadmap.
  • Represent Airtable professionally in every customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales.
  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience managing sales cycles and owning technical evaluations.
  • Working knowledge of marketing, product operations, retail management, and other business units.
  • Understanding of business operations and how value drivers vary by persona and industry.
  • Knowledge of relational database data structuring and database architecture.
  • Technical familiarity with enterprise integration methodologies, best practices, and API architecture.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code applications across the customer lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of complementary technologies such as data warehousing and AI systems.
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • Airtable knowledge or certification preferred.
  • Command of the Message preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed, with seasonal travel peaks of 40-50%.
