Description

  • Prioritize and manage team deliverables to support company goals and strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis to uncover insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Define and implement measurement standards and reporting processes to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
  • Support decision-making with visualization reporting tools and clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Serve as the analytics subject matter expert for complex business questions and strategic discussions.
  • Interpret data and improve recurring reporting in Looker.
  • Develop and implement BigQuery tables and Looker reports for internal and external use.
  • Support business planning, implementation, validation, and scalability of current data warehousing.
  • Provide mentorship and help with hiring, training, and retaining a high-performing analytics team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working with large, complex data sets, quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization.
  • Expertise in data manipulation, data pipelines, feature engineering, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in Python or R.
  • Experience with data warehouses and big data technologies such as Looker Studio, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Presto, Athena, Spark, and DBT.
  • Experience with online ads or mobile marketing.
  • Experience in data analytics, visualization, and experimentation.
  • Ability to lead initiatives across multiple product areas and communicate findings to leadership and product teams.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
  • Understanding of how to deliver client value, not just complete tasks to spec.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact from insights you and your team have driven.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools, or an eagerness to learn.
