Description

  • Develop actionable business analysis to support functional leads and stakeholders with consistent information.
  • Provide data-driven insights quickly and accurately using SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business goals into program requirements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, design experiments to test hypotheses, and scale proven levers.
  • Build tools and provide data support that help teams make actionable decisions.
  • Create materials to communicate strategy and business performance to key stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional workstreams across product, marketing, data science, finance, partnerships, and business operations.
  • Work closely with the Director of Services and Membership to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Remove obstacles and execute initiatives in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations roles, ideally across multiple geographies.
  • Strong experience with operations, supply, marketplace dynamics, and data analytics.
  • Ability to prioritize quickly and execute on new initiatives with minimal guidance.
  • Experience analyzing business priorities and formulating plans to address key issues.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and stay highly organized.
  • Deep understanding of supply/demand dynamics, incentive design, and growth levers.
  • Background in loyalty programs, incentive programs, or merchandising is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable using Excel and SQL.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across internal and external audiences.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $168,000 to $203,000 USD.
  • Eligible for bonus compensation.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Eligible for benefits.
  • Eligible for Employee Travel Credits.
  • US-remote eligible position.
  • Occasional work from an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites may be required, as agreed with your manager.
