Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison between platform management, technical project management, engineering, testing, and operations teams during each software launch.
  • Maintain launch documentation and tracking dashboards so stakeholders have accurate information at the right time.
  • Create and implement best practices for software release management.
  • Define, track, and analyze key metrics to measure launch timeliness and success against established criteria.
  • Identify launch issues, risks, and regional differences, then work with teams to assess, escalate, and resolve them.
  • Work independently with stakeholders and leaders to remove blockers and ensure launch readiness.
  • Facilitate formal go/no-go decisions by defining the criteria required to approve a launch.
  • Partner with operations and training teams to prepare agents for new tools.
  • Monitor post-launch adoption, identify issues, and lead retrospectives to improve future launches.

Requirements

  • More than 7 years of experience in technical program management, project management, launch management, or product operations with strong results.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product launches, including launches with executive visibility.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of product launch processes and experience working with engineering teams.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Airtable.
  • Strategic thinking and strong organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and work methodologies; Agile experience is a plus.
  • Self-directed, motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in Canada, with current eligibility limited to British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, or Saskatchewan.

Benefits

  • Annual base pay range of CAD $128,000 to $160,000.
  • May be eligible for bonus.
  • May be eligible for equity.
