Description

  • Own the finance side of the ERP program from BRD through design, data migration, parallel run, and cutover.
  • Act as the primary finance counterpart to system integrators, ERP vendors, and other delivery partners.
  • Lead design decisions across revenue recognition, COGS, inventory, intercompany, consolidation, close, treasury, tax, and AP.
  • Own the transformation roadmap and governance, including stakeholder management, dependencies, adoption, and training.
  • Engineer and automate core finance processes across O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A to reduce manual effort and shorten the month-end close.
  • Own the data migration strategy, including chart of accounts design, master data ownership, and cutover balances.
  • Design the future-state finance operating model, including roles, controls, segregation of duties, and approval workflows.
  • Deliver standardized dashboards and driver-based forecasting with a single source of truth.
  • Embed finance in key company decision forums and report progress to leadership and the Audit & Risk Committee.
  • Identify and build AI and automation opportunities into finance processes, reporting, reconciliations, and controls.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in finance with a clear track record of leading large-scale finance transformation.
  • End-to-end finance leadership on an ERP implementation, with experience in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Deep process re-engineering and automation experience across O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.
  • Strong controllership and controls background, including SOX/SOX-lite, ITGC, and audit readiness.
  • Program and change-management discipline with experience running a multi-workstream roadmap.
  • Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and/or Big 4 or consulting transformation background.
  • Strong influence and credibility with senior stakeholders inside and outside finance.
  • Prior exposure to telecom, MVNO, SaaS, marketplace, or usage-based/partner-settlement revenue models is preferred.
  • Experience embedding AI/automation into finance processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern data/BI tooling such as dbt, BigQuery, and BI dashboards is preferred.
  • Multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdiction experience is preferred, with M&A integration a plus.
  • Comfort communicating in English in both meetings and async work is required.
  • Must be located remotely in Spain or the UK.
