Description

  • Define and evolve Airalo’s global pricing strategy and architecture, including market tiers, corridors, product positioning, and bundles.
  • Translate pricing strategy into repeatable pricing rules, logic, and governance processes.
  • Design pricing approaches across B2C and B2B/B2B2C channels while accounting for different margin structures and use cases.
  • Audit existing pricing logic end to end and identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Data to build a centralized pricing data layer that combines cost, margin, sales, conversion, competitor, demand, and revenue assurance data.
  • Define requirements for a pricing simulation and recommendation engine and support the move toward semi-automated and AI-assisted pricing decisions.
  • Build a formal decision framework that balances growth, margin, competitive positioning, profitability, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Own the pricing experimentation roadmap and design and run structured A/B tests on prices, bundles, discounts, and thresholds.
  • Establish pricing governance and decision rights across Networks, Growth, Product, and Finance.
  • Ensure pricing consistency across markets, channels, and regions while collaborating cross-functionally on inputs and trade-offs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2C and B2B/B2B2C pricing, ideally in Telco, mobile services, or connectivity products.
  • Experience with bundle-based or package pricing models.
  • Experience in high-scale, data-rich environments with structured and comparable product pricing.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable commercial impact.
  • Proven ability to build pricing frameworks and manage complex pricing structures.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehouses and BI tools.
  • Strong ability to build data models for pricing and translate insights into decisions.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven pricing or recommendation systems is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics, price elasticity, and demand signals.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across growth, product, finance, and networks.
  • Experience working with brand values and reputation.
  • Must live in and have valid work authorization for the UK or Spain.
