Description

  • Lead all financial functions of the organization, including financial reporting, tax, treasury, capital structure, and risk management.
  • Work with the senior executive team to manage the corporate budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial information to stakeholders.
  • Supervise the accounting team and support day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Manage relationships with investors, investment institutions, and auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the integrity of the accounting system and related inputs.
  • Implement and monitor an adequate internal control environment.
  • Handle job costing and financial work across multiple software systems.
  • Prioritize competing demands while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

Requirements

  • Experience serving in a CFO or senior finance leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, treasury, capital structure, and risk management.
  • Experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Experience supervising accounting teams and working with auditors and investors.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Accounting software literacy and ability to work across multiple programs.
  • Job costing experience.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain an adequate control environment.
