Description

  • Translate client requirements into user stories and tasks for the development team.
  • Customize and configure core ServiceNow applications, including ITSM and Service Portal.
  • Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead the design, enhancement, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Capture client needs during meetings and convert them into clear development activities.
  • Build and support integrations, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
  • Perform ongoing Discovery and CMDB maintenance.
  • Develop, review, and optimize ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint participation and backlog grooming, and mentor junior developers when needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience customizing ServiceNow using scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD or GRC is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful customer interactions and project deliveries.
  • Comfort working in Agile environments.
