Description

  • Own engagements end to end from kickoff through executive readout as the primary customer point of contact and delivery owner.
  • Define scope, success criteria, and change control while keeping stakeholders aligned on outcomes and boundaries.
  • Run engagement governance, including standups, status reporting, stakeholder and steering reviews, RAID management, and decision logs.
  • Escalate and resolve engagement risks before they affect scope, timeline, or client relationships.
  • Drive quality control through peer reviews and readiness checks on client-facing deliverables.
  • Lead a 2-3 person pod across discovery, analysis, and executive readout, and ensure proper staffing for each engagement.
  • Set quarterly and annual goals for pod members and provide coaching and feedback to support growth.
  • Manage utilization across sold and internal projects while forecasting staffing needs and maintaining delivery rhythm.
  • Lead technical discovery and analysis across multi-cloud, platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and app/data domains.
  • Produce prioritized recommendations, effort sizing, roadmaps, and executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to reduce toil and accelerate insight.
  • Capture and evolve questionnaires, scoring rubrics, readout templates, playbooks, and delivery standards for repeatable delivery.
  • Partner with practice leaders to align Rapid Solutions standards with broader AHEAD delivery frameworks and cross-practice initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in engagement leadership.
  • Experience owning scope and statement of work (SoW) compliance.
  • Experience running governance cadences, status reporting, RAID management, and decision tracking.
  • Experience leading small teams and coaching direct reports or pod members.
  • Experience in technical discovery and analysis across multi-cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and application/data domains.
  • Experience translating technical findings into executive-ready recommendations and business outcomes.
  • Experience developing reusable delivery assets such as playbooks, templates, and scoring rubrics.
  • Preferred experience applying AI-driven solutions in delivery or assessment work.
