Description

  • Create eLearning modules, job aids, videos, assessments, storyboards, scripts, and outlines using adult learning principles.
  • Use AI tools and modern design frameworks to draft, prototype, and enhance learning content.
  • Apply templates, brand standards, and accessibility practices to produce consistent learning materials.
  • Facilitate flagship programs, including New Hire Orientation and Accelerating Your IMPACT, virtually and in person.
  • Coordinate program logistics, participant communications, follow-up, and feedback collection.
  • Create, update, and run Cornerstone LMS reports; prepare and deploy learning solutions.
  • Maintain accurate learning records, enrollments, and completion tracking.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines, communicate progress and risks, and support Talent Development team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent development, corporate learning, instructional design, training facilitation, or a related field.
  • Experience creating learning content with Articulate Rise, Storyline, or equivalent authoring tools.
  • Experience with multimedia tools such as Canva, Loom, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI and modern design tools for content drafting, prototyping, and enhancement.
  • Comfort facilitating or co-facilitating live learning sessions for virtual and in-person audiences.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone, including content deployment and reporting.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and inclusive, accessible design practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to learn new subject areas quickly and support engineering, consulting, sales, and operations functions.
