Description

  • Translate client requirements into user stories and development tasks for the engineering team.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.
  • Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Lead the creation, enhancement, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Capture needs from client meetings and convert them into clear development activities.
  • Perform integration work, including custom Service Portals and REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
  • Maintain and support Discovery and CMDB processes.
  • Develop, review, and optimize scripts such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
  • Work in Agile ceremonies, including sprint participation and backlog grooming, and mentor junior developers when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and ITOM modules such as Discovery and CMDB.
  • Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience customizing ServiceNow using scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD or GRC preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful customer interactions and project deliveries.
  • Comfort working in Agile environments.
