Description

  • Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead complex programs involving multiple resources.
  • Lead the architecture and design of complex solutions.
  • Lead the creation of written deliverables and documentation.
  • Lead client demos, working sessions, integration design sessions, and workshops.
  • Serve as the escalation point for the project team.
  • Influence internal teams and external customers, including senior management, to adopt new concepts and approaches.
  • Participate in the pre-sales cycle as a technical expert and help identify and scope opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership to AHEAD and its customers.
  • Drive consensus with customers to solve complex solution challenges.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, with ITOM preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expert-level development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
  • Strong presentation, communication, project awareness, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to articulate trade-offs between architecture approaches.
  • Recognized expertise within the organization and deep expertise across multiple technologies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to travel at least 25%.
  • Experience maintaining expert-level certifications and obtaining new certifications.
  • Experience with pre-sales, scoping, positioning, or cross-practice work is preferred.
