Description

  • Lead functional discovery workshops, business process reviews, and stakeholder working sessions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client business process and functional requirements.
  • Advise clients on process optimization, best practices, and ServiceNow platform use to support strategic goals.
  • Lead client demos and "art-of-the-possible" sessions while driving consensus and managing expectations.
  • Guide clients through organizational change and support adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Translate business requirements into solution specifications, process-flow diagrams, and detailed user stories.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure functional requirements are translated into technical solutions accurately.
  • Serve as the business process and functional subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop client-facing collateral such as workshop materials, process guides, and training documentation.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), mentor junior team members, and contribute to internal best practices.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and solutioning for new opportunities.
  • Produce thought leadership content and identify new service and product opportunities within client accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, business analysis, or a related role.
  • 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep functional understanding of core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Demonstrable experience leading business process design workshops and documenting client requirements.
  • Experience translating stakeholder needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
  • Ability to create high-quality process workflows, client presentations, and workshop materials.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence and consult with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Self-starter with strong project awareness and situational awareness.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more product lines is highly desired.
  • ITIL Foundation or higher is a significant plus.
  • Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSPO are a significant plus.
