Description

  • Participate in business process mapping, including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design, and specifications.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations.
  • Document client engagements through design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, deployment documents, and system integration/interface documents.
  • Support system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and related documentation.
  • Provide key decision support by monitoring issues and risks and creating mitigation plans for clients.
  • Manage full lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementations from technical, functional, and/or organizational change management perspectives.
  • Guide customers through manufacturing and warehouse-related transactions, including inventory adjustments, transfers, bin transactions, replenishment, and cycle counting.
  • Lead clients through manufacturing terminology, BOM structures, and the work order build process.
  • Support remote-first operations and paperless workflows in alignment with BPM’s workplace practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with NetSuite standard and Advanced Manufacturing modules.
  • Thorough understanding of NetSuite WIP and Routing functionality.
  • Understanding of NetSuite Manufacturing or Advanced Manufacturing functionality, including capacity planning and finite scheduling.
  • Experience with Advanced Manufacturing Workbench setup and Advanced Manufacturing Tablet setup.
  • Knowledge of inventory costing methods in NetSuite, including standard costing.
  • Previous Advanced Manufacturing implementation experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to clearly define and gather requirements for the NetSuite Manufacturing module.
  • Understanding of BOM structures and their relationship to the work order build process.
  • Ability to guide customers through warehouse-related transactions, including inventory adjustments, worksheets, inventory transfers, bin transfers, bin put-away sheets, inventory replenishment, and cycle counting.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite supported replenishment methods, including time-phase replenishment, material requirement planning, and reorder points.
  • For candidates in Canada, ability to travel to the United States for client engagements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
