Description

  • Participate on project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead a team of technical delivery resources.
  • Lead development, testing, architecture, and design activities for complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead the creation of written deliverables and ensure development work is well documented and delivered with quality.
  • Lead client demos, working sessions, and integration design sessions.
  • Participate as a technical expert in client workshops.
  • Design and deploy integrations between ServiceNow and external third-party tools.
  • Influence team members and external customers on policies, best practices, and procedures.
  • Mentor junior staff and support project leadership.
  • Participate in presales activities, including scoping and positioning new client opportunities.

Requirements

  • Extensive ServiceNow knowledge and experience.
  • Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expert-level development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Mastery in at least one ServiceNow suite, preferably ITSM.
  • Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
  • Strong knowledge in at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong project and situational awareness.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a complex and critical environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications.
