Description

  • Establish and promote no-code methodologies, tools, and frameworks across the organization.
  • Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and reuse of best no-code practices across project teams.
  • Create and lead a Center of Competence for no-code practices, including governance, prioritization, resource management, and component reuse.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of low-code developers building and maintaining business applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate them into low-code solutions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on no-code platform usage, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Ensure compliance with architecture and quality standards by enforcing best practices in security, scalability, maintainability, and solution design.
  • Implement business initiatives from idea to deployment using the Creatio no-code platform.
  • Contribute to recruiting and developing internal no-code creators through onboarding, training, and certification initiatives.
  • Coordinate with IT, QA, and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD, deployment, and delivery processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including client consultations, needs analysis, and solution presentations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business process automation, application development, or enterprise innovation roles in a lead capacity.
  • At least 3 years of team management experience.
  • Deep understanding of no-code/low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Bubble, Make, or Glide.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience integrating low-code solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, security models, and workflow automation.
  • Proven experience establishing or leading a Center of Excellence or shared services function.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, IT policy management, and resource planning.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
