Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI-ready use cases with customers to maximize business impact.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex machine learning, large language, and agentic models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
  • Lead client-facing project teams of Data & AI experts and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and train custom ML and deep learning models using frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Use Jupyter-based environments for exploratory data analysis, model development, and deployment.
  • Drive model deployment and operationalization activities, including monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and canary testing.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including project scoping, estimation, and solution design.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior AI engineers and contribute to the development of Data & AI service offerings and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science-related role with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
  • Strong Python coding skills with emphasis on writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Experience developing and training custom models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Azure Machine Learning Studio, Azure OpenAI, and AWS SageMaker.
  • Experience with Nvidia AI Enterprise and DGX platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with major model providers and open-source models such as LLaMA, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI.
  • Solid understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and other advanced deep learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of generative AI concepts including fine-tuning, transfer learning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Experience across the ML lifecycle: model deployment, monitoring, drift detection/retraining, and canary testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, including project scoping, estimation, and solution design.
  • Position based in Gurugram, Haryana; full-time role with remote work modality.
