Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud and integration solutions across a range of technologies.
  • Lead customer engagements, demonstrations, and meetings in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with customer service owners, process owners, and service delivery teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and help ensure development work is well documented and delivered with quality.
  • Lead technical delivery efforts, including development, testing, and written deliverables.
  • Architect and implement moderately complex cloud solutions and standard design patterns.
  • Create estimates, refine requirements, and translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities such as scoping, positioning, and technology adoption discussions.
  • Work with external vendors on internal or customer-related issues.
  • Support major outages, issue response, and client-requested after-hours or weekend change windows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • 3+ years designing, securing, and deploying large-scale applications and solutions.
  • Experience with a major cloud vendor environment, especially AWS.
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
  • Architect-level development skills in at least one language such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience, including pipelines and workflows; Bitbucket is strongly preferred and GitHub Actions is relevant.
  • Strong CloudFormation and Terraform development experience.
  • Strong networking knowledge, including VNets, subnets, route tables, security groups, load balancers, and API gateways.
  • Experience integrating third-party tools and solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, including senior management.
  • Strong project awareness, attention to detail, organization, and initiative.
  • Recognized technical expertise through certification, approved training, or proven ability in multiple billable technologies.
  • Ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional and cross-practice delivery work.
  • Ability to work independently and provide time estimates for assigned work.
  • Willingness to travel and provide after-hours or weekend support when needed.
