Description

  • Lead AI security assessments by reviewing evidence across model governance, data handling, deployment configurations, runtime environments, and access controls.
  • Identify AI security risks such as prompt injection, data poisoning, model extraction, and adversarial attacks, and provide practical recommendations.
  • Draft secure AI architecture designs with controls such as sandboxing, runtime policy enforcement, isolation techniques, and secure MLOps pipelines.
  • Advise clients on secure AI deployment principles, including network segmentation, least privilege access, defense-in-depth, and separation from production environments.
  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops for small to medium-sized engagements.
  • Manage project objectives, requirements gathering, tasks, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and status reporting to support on-time delivery.
  • Lead or contribute to solution architecture and design discussions for secure, isolated, and resilient AI architectures.
  • Create, peer review, finalize, and present client deliverables, including presentations to executive management.
  • Support business development through discovery meetings, scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to service offering development, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in people or project management.
  • Undergraduate technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 2–3 professional and/or technical certifications, such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, or AI-specific equivalents.
  • Experience consulting on secure architecture and/or solution design in complex enterprise environments, preferably including AI/ML systems.
  • Strong software engineering skills in Python or a systems language such as Go, Rust, or C/C++.
  • Deep expertise in isolation techniques such as container security, kernel hardening, and sandboxing.
  • Strong cloud security knowledge across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML security risks and mitigations, including prompt injection, model inversion, and adversarial robustness.
  • Experience performing and advising on application security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to address groups in virtual or in-person settings and solve complex, abstract problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with different personalities and be a good listener.
