Description

  • Review and rate search results using project rules and conventions.
  • Provide both subjective and objective quality ratings for search-related tasks.
  • Complete all work in Simplified Chinese.
  • Use online research to assess queries and result relevance.
  • Follow client instructions, project documentation, and quality standards.
  • Set and manage a personal schedule to meet weekly hour goals.
  • Participate in onboarding, learning modules, and required testing before starting.
  • Work within the project’s rules for confidentiality and compliance.
  • Communicate with the project management team during business hours when support is needed.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Simplified Chinese.
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Simplified Chinese (China).
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with Ads Quality Rating.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Reliable anti-virus software for web-based work.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client project conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Must complete employment eligibility verification and anti-fraud checks.
  • Must apply with a Gmail address to meet client-specific requirements.
