Description

  • Own engagements end to end from kickoff through executive readout as the primary client point of contact and single point of accountability.
  • Manage scope, statement of work compliance, change control, and stakeholder alignment on outcomes and boundaries.
  • Run engagement governance and cadence, including standups, status reporting, stakeholder reviews, RAID management, and decision logs.
  • Escalate and resolve engagement risks before they affect scope, timeline, or the client relationship.
  • Drive quality control through peer reviews and readiness checks on client-facing deliverables.
  • Lead a 2-3 person pod across discovery, analysis, and executive readout, ensuring the right people are staffed on each engagement.
  • Set quarterly and annual goals for pod members and provide coaching and feedback to support growth.
  • Manage utilization across sold and internal projects while forecasting staffing needs and maintaining delivery rhythm.
  • Drive technical discovery and analysis across multi-cloud, platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and app/data domains.
  • Produce prioritized recommendations, effort sizing, sequenced roadmaps, and executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to reduce toil and accelerate insight.
  • Capture, refine, and reuse questionnaires, scoring rubrics, readout templates, playbooks, and delivery standards.
  • Partner with practice leaders to align Rapid Solutions standards with broader AHEAD delivery frameworks and cross-practice initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in engagement leadership, people leadership, or solution delivery.
  • Experience owning client engagements end to end, from kickoff through executive readout.
  • Experience managing scope, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience leading small teams and coaching individual growth.
  • Experience with multi-cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience across platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and application/data domains.
  • Ability to produce recommendations, effort estimates, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
  • Experience building or refining reusable delivery playbooks, templates, or standards.
  • Experience with AI-driven or automation-focused solutions (preferred).
  • Experience working in an AI and cloud consulting or practice environment (preferred).
