Description

  • Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead complex programs with multiple resources and coordinate cross-practice deliverables.
  • Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and deliver written deliverables, client demos, working sessions, and workshops.
  • Lead integration design sessions and advise on ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools.
  • Serve as the escalation point and technical expert for project teams and clients.
  • Influence internal teams and external customers, including senior management, to adopt new concepts and approaches.
  • Participate in the pre-sales cycle as a technical expert, including opportunity identification, scoping, and positioning.
  • Provide thought leadership and generate marketing thought leadership for AHEAD and its customers.
  • Drive consensus, scoping, planning, and methodology for critical and complex client projects.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise on the ServiceNow platform, with expert-level development skills.
  • Deep knowledge of at least two ServiceNow process areas, including ITOM.
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple technologies.
  • Strong ability to articulate trade-offs between different architecture approaches.
  • Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and situational awareness skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a self-starter mindset.
  • Recognized expertise within the organization and ability to lead multiple resources on cross-practice work.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certifications, including being an early adopter of new certifications.
  • Ability to provide advanced data or situational analysis requiring evaluation of intangibles.
