Description

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, including building, testing, integrating, deploying, and shipping GenAI services and agentic workflows into production.
  • Take solutions from prototype to production and manage deployment, release, versioning, rollback, and live reliability.
  • Make design and trade-off decisions and contribute to architecture discussions.
  • Produce estimates, task breakdowns, delivery status updates, and surface risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Python-based services and workflows that integrate LLMs and GenAI capabilities with client systems.
  • Build agentic and multi-step workflows using orchestration frameworks and platform patterns such as LangGraph, AgentCore, and LangChain.
  • Develop tooling and APIs for agents with clear schemas, error contracts, versioning, and observability hooks.
  • Use retrieval/RAG and search abstractions to improve grounding and reliability.
  • Own monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and iterative improvement for the workflows you build.
  • Set up observability and evaluation tooling, including tracing, logging, metrics, and quality, regression, and safety checks.
  • Operate within platform, security, and governance guardrails such as RBAC, data access boundaries, PII handling, logging, and audit.
  • Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, UX, engineers, and domain experts to shape production-ready workflows.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Support and guide junior engineers and consultants through pairing and code review.
  • Contribute to internal enablement materials and use AI tools to accelerate design, development, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science-related role with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
  • Strong Python coding skills with an emphasis on efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Experience developing and training custom deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Azure Machine Learning Studio, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, nVidia AI Enterprise, and DGX platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with leading open source and major model providers such as Llama, Anthropic’s Claude, and OpenAI.
  • Solid understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and other advanced deep learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of generative AI concepts, including fine-tuning, transfer learning, and RAG methods.
  • Experience with the machine learning lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, drift detection/retraining, and canary testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, including project scoping, estimation, and solution design.
