Description

  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops for large or complex cross-practice engagements.
  • Lead project delivery teams through consulting service offerings and ensure engagements meet scope, objectives, timelines, and business goals.
  • Manage requirements gathering, project tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across client engagements.
  • Create, finalize, and peer review project deliverables and present artifacts to client executive management.
  • Act as engagement lead on customer-facing projects when assigned and manage enterprise client stakeholders.
  • Support business development through client discovery meetings, proposal development, project scoping, and proposal presentations.
  • Lead discovery and visioning workshops to identify opportunities for cross-practice collaboration.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise across security domains and contribute to the development and standardization of service offerings.
  • Provide thought leadership, mentorship, and support for continuous improvement of practice capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas to design complex, cross-practice solution sets for client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management preferred, but not required.
  • At least 15 years of consulting experience or commensurate work experience.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role or program director role.
  • Three professional and/or technical certifications, including industry-recognized certifications aligned to AHEAD’s Security service portfolio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking to groups in virtual or in-person settings.
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence.
  • Ability to solve complex, abstract problems and work effectively with different personalities.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technology change agent.
  • Understanding of cyber recovery concepts, including isolated recovery environments, forensics cleanrooms, and standby production environments.
  • Ability to apply a risk-based mindset and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security architectures or experience as an enterprise security architect.
  • Subject matter expertise in a minimum of twelve security domains or control areas, with technical solution experience in up to three security technology solutions.
