Description

  • Advise clients on AI strategy, readiness, and governance frameworks.
  • Design and lead executive workshops and facilitation sessions to identify AI opportunities and define transformation goals.
  • Develop detailed AI adoption roadmaps covering capability building, technology selection, and governance models.
  • Conduct maturity and readiness assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness for AI initiatives.
  • Engage and collaborate with client leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment between AI strategy and business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on responsible AI principles, ethical considerations, and industry best practices.
  • Share thought leadership on emerging trends and benchmarks to inform client strategies.
  • Support delivery of measurable outcomes and client satisfaction through effective facilitation and advisory work.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or AI strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, platforms, and business applications.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior/executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and ethical/responsible AI principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in management consulting or technology advisory (preferred).
  • Exposure to MLOps, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States (role listed as Remote, US)
