Description

  • Drive profitable growth for Agoda’s Strategic Partnerships and Travel Distribution business.
  • Manage end-to-end technical account management for Agoda’s largest B2B accounts.
  • Own connection performance, including new builds, rebuilds, upgrades, and day-to-day success rates.
  • Ensure optimal access to inventory, rates, rate plans, content, and availability for partners.
  • Extract and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Product Managers, to define business needs and influence feature design and prioritization.
  • Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that affect client connectivity and operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to B2B clients by translating business needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, or computer science field.
  • 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or a similar role in technology or travel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive business strategy and decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.
  • Practical experience with API integrations and data transfers.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of technical integrations and system architecture is preferred.
  • Experience in travel technology, hospitality tech, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong command of Python, XML, or data modeling concepts is preferred.
  • Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand, with relocation support provided.
