Description

  • Contact high-growth supply partners to identify and maximize revenue growth opportunities.
  • Encourage partner participation in programs through focused project sprints.
  • Communicate with partners by phone, email, messaging, and webinars.
  • Use data and dashboards to prioritize tasks and guide daily work.
  • Train and inform partners on Agoda’s technologies, tools, and models.
  • Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results, and track progress in internal systems.
  • Respond to partner requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support partnership-related functions at scale across a portfolio of supply partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese at native level and English at business level.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
