Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle customer calls and create, submit, and update support tickets to track and resolve issues.
  • Follow ticket SLA requirements and departmental notation guidelines.
  • Generate software licenses and oversee license installation for customers.
  • Perform routine server installations and refreshes according to documentation.
  • Collect diagnostic information such as reproduction steps, screenshots, logs, error messages, and browser or environment details.
  • Route unresolved cases to Tier 2 with clear and complete documentation.
  • Stay current on product features, platform updates, and documentation changes.
  • Work collaboratively with other technical support team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, helpdesk, or a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize, prioritize, and drive resolution.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort handling business communications via phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Intelligence, creativity, familiarity with web-based technologies, and the ability to learn a complex platform quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Experience with database concepts, web-based technologies, and operating systems (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Java, APIs, and Linux (preferred).
