Description

  • Prepare and administer government and commercial contracts.
  • Ensure contract activities comply with FAR/DFARS and company policies.
  • Advise program teams on contractual obligations.
  • Support risk assessment and resolution of contractual issues.
  • Review and edit contract agreements, including NDAs and TA artifacts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and prime contract points of contact.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in contracts, legal, or a related profession.
  • Experience working with Federal Government contracts.
  • Experience reviewing and editing contract agreements, including NDA and TA artifacts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative work style, strong work ethic, and ability to build internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions while maintaining positive relationships (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, flexibility, and time-management skills (preferred).

Benefits

  • Remote work environment.
  • Salary range of $55,000–$65,000.
