Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, NDA, amendment, renewal, statement of work, data processing, and SaaS agreements.
  • Manage the contracts queue and coordinate all aspects of contract management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders requesting contract reviews, revisions, copies, answers, and status updates.
  • Monitor, respond to, and manage contract-related inquiries in the contracts inbox.
  • Maintain the contract template library and other legal knowledge-management resources.
  • Ensure contracts comply with approval policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams on contract matters.
  • Support contract-related special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience working with contracts.
  • Contract management experience, preferably in-house.
  • Experience reviewing, editing, interpreting, and negotiating legal agreements.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating corporate master services agreements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, project-tracking, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external contacts across offices while working independently when needed.
  • Ability to interpret complex compliance practices and apply them consistently in contract drafting and review.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and provide timely responses in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Law degree, Apttus/Conga (Salesforce) experience, knowledge of GDPR and other data-protection laws, data processing agreement negotiation experience, and knowledge of AI legal developments are preferred.

  • Annual base salary of $95,000–$115,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.
