Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Contracting Officers and prime teaming partners.
  • Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and artifacts, including NDAs, teaming agreements, prime contracts, and subcontracts.
  • Manage contracts throughout the pre-award, award, execution, and closeout lifecycle.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Accounting, Security, Pricing, Procurement, and other teams to ensure contractual, legal, customer, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor contract funding and notify Government and prime contractor stakeholders of funding limitations.
  • Mitigate funding-shortfall risk through ATP and contract funding requests and tracking.
  • Maintain contract documentation, briefs, records, and responses to information requests.
  • Advise internal teams on contractual issues, flow-down requirements, risks, opportunities, and escalations.
  • Develop and improve contract-management processes to strengthen compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts management or the legal profession.
  • Experience reviewing, editing, and executing contract agreements in compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Experience managing the full contract lifecycle, including pre-award, award, execution, and closeout.
  • Ability to interpret and identify applicable FAR and DFARS requirements.
  • Ability to advise program teams on contract terms, conditions, flow-down requirements, and business impacts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and apply effective time-management techniques.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, Contracting Officers, and prime contractor points of contact.
  • Experience improving business processes across contracts and related functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent certification (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary range of $105,000–$115,000.
