Description

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize operations and service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver scalable solutions.
Lead machine learning projects from ideation through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Apply best practices for model evaluation, validation, and monitoring.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in machine learning applications and processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay current on machine learning advances and recommend improved approaches.
Work on large, complex systems including web services, RESTful APIs, and continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
3-5 years of software application development and design experience.
3-5 years of experience working with machine learning systems.
3-5 years of experience with AWS services including ECR, S3, and SageMaker.
5+ years of Python experience, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Experience building large, complex systems, particularly web services, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD.
Experience with tree-based models, DVC, Airflow, and/or SQL is preferred.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other teams.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.
