Description

  • Support project planning by defining milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, and maintain alignment with project goals.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders through clear communication.
  • Organize project meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions; document decisions and action items.
  • Track engineering and architectural deliverables, including drawings, models, reports, and calculations.
  • Assist with quality management activities and internal review processes.
  • Track budgets, monitor project performance, and support invoicing and contract administration.
  • Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, schedule impacts, and project documentation.
  • Contribute to large-scale, multi-building data center campus projects focused on efficient land, power, and water use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; an associate degree with equivalent experience may substitute.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with increasing project responsibility.
  • 2+ years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably on multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.
  • Experience with large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial.
  • Understanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Commitment to high-quality work and exceptional client service.
