Description

  • Lead project planning, including scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and goals.
  • Manage project execution from concept design through final issued-for-construction documentation.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams delivering large-scale data center campuses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions while driving accountability.
  • Oversee engineering and architectural design packages, including drawings, models, reports, calculations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate technical reviews and support quality management efforts.
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, track profitability, and support contract administration.
  • Identify and address project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Mentor team members and foster collaboration and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; an associate degree with equivalent experience may be accepted.
  • 6+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with increasing project responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably on multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.
  • Experience with large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial.
  • Understanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to exceptional client service and quality work.
  • Collaborative mindset, ownership of work, and interest in positively impacting communities.
