Description

  • Lead successful onboarding and renewal of clients through high-quality implementation planning and execution.
  • Serve as the second point of escalation for highly visible internal and external issues and requests.
  • Prepare business updates and supporting materials for executive leadership.
  • Provide proactive recommendations with clear rationale for implementation decisions and activities.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the implementation team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and support teams on strategic and tactical implementation plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet performance guarantees and improve client satisfaction.
  • Partner with sales on RFI, RFP, finalist meetings, and other client-facing initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and resolution of problems.
  • Lead internal implementation operations initiatives and other assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration required.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare and/or PBM implementations.
  • Experience building and managing high-functioning teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify, automate, and improve complex processes.
  • Experience leading large client portfolios and diverse teams while meeting goals on time, on quality, and on budget.
  • Strong planning, problem analysis, strategic thinking, and tactical execution skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles managing complex customer concerns and escalations.
  • Experience leading remote teams and working in a remote environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20%-40%.
