Description

  • Support stakeholder interviews during the Week 1 Phoenix onsite and synthesize findings.
  • Design, administer, and analyze the stakeholder and market survey.
  • Conduct secondary market and competitive research and build the current-state baseline.
  • Contribute to the three-region assessment and organizational-structure review.
  • Draft findings, regional memos, and sections of the strategy document for review.
  • Prepare board-ready materials for the executive outbrief.
  • Own the engagement schedule and workplan across 12 weeks and four phases.
  • Track progress against client milestones and flag risks early.
  • Maintain action logs, status reporting, version control, and the document/data room.
  • Coordinate working sessions, the mid-point review, and onsite logistics for both Phoenix trips.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience (or equivalent) in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Strong research, quantitative analysis, and business-writing skills with ability to produce first drafts with light direction.
  • Demonstrated project or program coordination experience, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Poised and credible in client-facing and executive settings.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed under a compressed timeline.
  • Proficiency with standard analysis and productivity tools, including spreadsheets, slides, and documents.
  • Availability of approximately 15–20 hours per week for the full 12 weeks and ability to travel to Phoenix twice.
  • Exposure to higher education, executive global-market strategy, or go-to-market work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with strategy frameworks and organizational assessment is preferred.
  • Survey design and analysis experience is preferred.
  • Formal project-management training such as PMP coursework is a plus but not required.
