Description

  • Manage a book of 8-15 client accounts and serve as the senior delivery leader for those relationships.
  • Oversee overall project execution, account health, and first-level management escalation.
  • Lead executive stakeholder management, including executive sessions, issue mitigation, and client communications.
  • Partner with Client Partners, Sales, Operations, and Delivery leadership on proposals, pitches, staffing, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive delivery excellence by enforcing standard methodologies and improving team processes and best practices.
  • Manage project margins, scope risks, and resource allocation across accounts and teams.
  • Lead and mentor Associate Directors while supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through renewals, growth, account check-ins, and client feedback.
  • Develop packaged solutions and contribute thought leadership to improve client outcomes.
  • Travel up to 20% as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technology and customer engagement implementations.
  • 10+ years of consulting or professional services experience supporting enterprise clients.
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Experience managing a team of 10 or more, including directly managing managers or team leads.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including CDPs, ESPs, data warehouses, and integrations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills at the C-suite or senior leadership level.
  • Proven experience owning delivery and commercial performance for a multimillion-dollar portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performance teams and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
