Description

  • Lead large-scale organizational change initiatives within the Engineering organization, including transitions, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to improve employee buy-in, reduce resistance, and support smooth change adoption.
  • Drive leadership development efforts, including executive coaching and succession planning.
  • Oversee talent development programs so learning, career development, and mobility initiatives align with business priorities.
  • Improve organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and workforce experience through targeted interventions.
  • Advise senior leaders on complex people challenges, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with executives to execute talent strategies that support business growth and high performance.
  • Collaborate with People team centers of excellence to shape culture, employee engagement, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, people strategy, and talent architecture at an enterprise level.
  • Lead talent management and workforce planning efforts, including performance management, talent reviews, and retention strategies.
  • Use people analytics to deliver insights on workforce trends, engagement, retention, and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in people-related roles, including 5+ years as a People Business Partner or similar role.
  • 4+ years of experience as a people manager.
  • Prior experience partnering with the Tech or Engineering organization is required.
  • Experience coaching leaders through performance management and employee relations issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence actions and outcomes at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with executive team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management, change management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and helping organizations scale.
  • A self-directed, action-oriented approach with the ability to translate vision into execution.

  • Base salary range of $255,000-$335,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, or $226,000-$306,000 in other U.S. states.
