Description

  • Partner with Strategic Alliances and Client Success teams as the analytics subject matter expert for Revenue segments and merchants.
  • Create business cases, insights, dashboards, and experiment analyses to engage external merchants and demonstrate product performance.
  • Produce internal analyses to assess Revenue performance and inform strategic recommendations and decisions.
  • Standardize common analytics use cases and automate analyses and dashboards to scale decision-making across Revenue.
  • Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies for Revenue analytics work.
  • Identify and work with structured and unstructured internal and third-party data sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Provide project and analytics guidance to cross-functional teams as the primary analytics point of contact.
  • Propose, monitor, and contextualize experiments to optimize go-to-market efforts and quantify merchant value.
  • Support upsell opportunities by helping evaluate and improve offers for existing merchants.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytically driven role such as consulting, finance, or analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Understanding of or demonstrated aptitude to learn Python.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and choose the most impactful data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organization and execution skills, including the ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven success building cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Track record of driving projects end to end from strategy through implementation.
  • Experience or interest in the FinTech or Payments industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for AI tools for analytics such as Cursor or Claude Code is a plus.

  • Base pay range of $140,000 to $190,000 per year for CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT roles, or $124,000 to $174,000 per year for other U.S. states.
