Description

  • Coordinate engineering and operations efforts by managing feature requests, writing business requirements, and prioritizing tasks with internal and OEM stakeholders.
  • Coordinate system updates for new model years, including service plan, VMG, and accessory trigger updates.
  • Plan and coordinate national product and major feature launches, including pilots, rollout activities, and feedback loops.
  • Set objectives and success criteria for pilots in partnership with Account Management and delivery teams.
  • Coordinate training for OEM corporate, OEM field, dealers, internal and external field reps, and support reps.
  • Produce internal and OEM reporting, including account success metrics, executive-level program reports, and monthly or ad hoc OEM reports.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews and executive business reviews with the Account Management Team.
  • Document and maintain release notes, training materials, OEM integrations, and program-specific logic or considerations.
  • Schedule internal and OEM stakeholder meetings, maintain meeting calendars, and disseminate notes.
  • Lead weekly internal cross-department status calls and provide escalation support for OEM and field reps.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or commensurate experience.
  • 3+ years of external client management experience.
  • Experience building strong, trusted client relationships preferred.
  • Experience assisting sales teams.
  • Experience managing SaaS client relationships preferred.
  • Understanding and experience with standard SDLC processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional critical reasoning skills.
  • Moderate or better Excel skills.
  • Experience with Jira is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and writing functional requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort presenting to clients and executive leadership teams.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Experience providing software consulting services is a plus.
