Description

  • Build and maintain productive professional relationships with key contacts in assigned Music Clubs accounts to maximize client satisfaction and renewals.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for Music Clubs clients across all levels of their organization.
  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans to support client needs and business growth.
  • Coordinate with support, service, management, and other internal teams to achieve account performance goals.
  • Manage the Music Clubs client database by entering, updating, and tracking client information and target dates.
  • Lead solution development efforts and coordinate internal resources to address client needs.
  • Advise and educate clients on AXS products and best practices to ensure effective use.
  • Partner with marketing to manage AXS brand activations with clients.
  • Track, maintain, and report on client health and business objective metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in ticketing or live entertainment.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with the entertainment industry and AXS products is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
