Description

  • Ensure the Social Security Administration has processed representative forms and granted access to Electronic Records Express (ERE).
  • Manage a high volume of incoming mail as the company grows.
  • Handle calls and texts to the client care team’s dedicated 888 line.
  • Schedule appointments for case managers to keep operations on track.
  • Request medical source statements.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks to maintain smooth process flow.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and clerical skills.
  • Prior experience with Social Security disability is preferred but not required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Task-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing work environment.
  • Remote work capability, as this is a fully remote position.
